Excellent Stay in Namba

The room decoration provided a pleasant atmosphere, complemented by good illumination. I appreciated the comfort of the beds and pillows (they were so soft!). A convenient sofa, table, microwave, plates, and cutlery enhanced the room, larger than average. I also found vending machines on every floor, so it was easy to buy some drinks.

The bathroom had no ventilation, so there was a noticeable smell after the door had been closed.

The hotel is a short walk from Namba station and Nipponbashi. Numerous stores and restaurants are nearby. The hotel is also near metro station, so you can easily reach the main sightseeing points.

The breakfast offered many options and the staff spoke english fluently. I was impressed by the great variety of world cuisines available, so there were always alternatives to try. There is also convenient stores nearby.

Staff members were friendly and helpful . They quickly addressed our questions and provided assistance when needed. The laundry facilities on level 4 was so useful (especially when traveling with children).

the room size was quite generous, a studio twin room providing ample space. i found the laundromat inside the building particularly useful, especially with its app-based payment system. its location allowed easy walks to key areas, a major plus for exploring..

the elevator system sometimes felt a bit slow during peak hours.

the hotel location is good. it is within walking distance of major stations. the building itself has a beautiful design. the hotel is close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

the bathroom was quite small. it seemed like a pre-fabricated unit. the views from the rooms are not great. the hotel feels big and impersonal. i noticed a faint unpleasant smell.

I appreciate the helpful staff. They joined the beds at my request. They also assisted me with luggage transfer via Yamato Transport. The room offers many amenities including a microwave, fridge, blower, and iron. The coin laundry inside the hotel was also useful.

The bathroom was small and had an unpleasant smell, like dampness covered by fragrance.
